Pregnancy Massage Frequency Recommendations:

  • 1 st /2 nd Trimester – once every 4 weeks up to 27 weeks

  • 3 rd Trimester – every other week up to 36 weeks

  • 36 weeks + Weekly until you give birth

*Most women get 10-15 massages during pregnancy (same as your prenatal visits)


PostPartum Massage Recommendations:

 

  • It’s important to receive a massage within 10 days of giving birth. (Postpartum bleeding and leaking
    breastmilk is not a problem)

  • Then, Every other week for at least the first 16 weeks.
